1. Cultural Events of the Youth Festival should project fundamental values of Indian culture by displaying values, integrity, truth, friendship. peace, devotion, loyalty, etc. with particular reference to Indian cultural heritage. These should be oriented towards the unity and integration of our country.
  2. The chief organizer/coordinator (Events) may reschedule and pre announce programme on account of any sudden development.
  3. The teams will participate in the order decided by draw of lots OR alphabetical order of the name of State/UT, as decided by the Organisers.
  4. It will be the responsibility of the contingent leader to ensure that the team reports for various events as per the time and order announced by the organizers.
  5. The participants must bring their own musical instruments, songs or other special items required for different items.
  6. Three copies of a brief note mentioning themes of the items to be presented by the participants must be carried and submitted (if requested) at the time of registration. Also a copy of the same should be sent in advance along with Form 'A' and 'B'.
  7. Electronic instruments such as synthesizers etc. would not be permitted to play for competitive section items.
  8. For all the items, the decision of the panel of judges will be final and binding on all. No complaints and protest will be entertained.
  9. All the items to be performed by the participants must be under the banner of the respective State Governments. No group or solo performer (s) will be permitted to use their group/individual banners or identity.
  10. Five to ten percent marks will be deducted if the performer (s) cross the maximum time limit for a particular item.
  11. Meetings between the organizers and their in charges will be held prior to the Cognitive and Non-Competitive Section items at a venue specified by the organizers.
